of our company and market penetration. Markler provides advanced real estate management systems
and enhancement software systems to real estate offices and professionals.
This is not an entry level opportunity; sales experience is required for immediate hire. Applicants
must be highly proficient on the internet and a quick study when learning new computer tools and

Marker is seeking someone with a strong sense of ethics, integrity, flexibility and charisma; have a

products better. This is a flex time business casual Monday-Friday position with base, plus commission
& monthly residuals on accounts. First year earning potential easily exceeds $70,000. Some
regional travel will be required.
Job Requirements
- Provide superior customer service and responsiveness
- Build rapport with customers to drive endorsement and sales of various Markler products
- Create and execute an effective call & follow-up plan and have strong networking/business development skills.
- Develop a consistent follow up strategy, research customer needs, develop and close sales in a professional ethical manner.
- Successfully handle complaints, and maintain superior customer relations.
- Conduct initial introductory on-site or virtual e-conference walk-through of system purchased
- Maintain complete data on all contacts and meetings scheduled and completed.
- Maintain current knowledge of industry trends and technical developments that effect the real estate market; and notifies management of conditions

Creative Web Designer
Markler is accepting resumes from experience professional web designers in the Chattanooga,
Knoxville, and Nashville areas. This opportunity is for Real Estate centric design and will
require a person with advanced web skills. Designer will be responsible for creating a suite
of sellable design packages in addition to creating custom websites. Designer must have a basic
understanding of dynamic database driven websites.
Ideal candidates have 3 or more years experience designing powerful & stunning web layouts that
meet customer needs and present a level of professionalism needed in a fast paced industry.
Candidates should be highly skilled using Photoshop/Image Ready, Flash and Dreamweaver and have
a solid understanding of browser differences and bandwidth consideration.
This position is a part-time to full-time position ideal for the designer who enjoys working from home.
